Biography
Ashmeet Singh is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with a strong track record in originating, structuring, and executing transactions across real estate, and infrastructure. As the Founder & Managing Director of ABIA Equity Partners, he has advised on transactions exceeding USD 200 million, working closely with investors, developers, financial institutions, and corporates across the UAE and India.
Prior to establishing ABIA Equity Partners, Ashmeet served as Director of Swift Corporation Limited and held corporate finance positions with global organizations including The Estée Lauder Companies and Technicolor in New York.
A graduate of New York University (NYU) in Economics and Business, Ashmeet combines institutional finance experience with entrepreneurial leadership, bringing strategic insight, disciplined execution, and a strong regional network to support Aurah Signature Real Estate's long-term growth and investment objectives.
